Proposal against RFP

Upon receiving RFP (Request for Proposal), it is studied and analyzed by senior and experienced professionals at our end to get the idea of your requirement and assess the feasibility vis-à-vis our existing capability.

Upon assessment, a solution architect and/or pre-sales person with relevant functional knowledge is assigned to your query/proposal to interact with your team and understand objectives little more in detail and arrive at a level which will allow us to estimate, suggest and quote for software products/services.

At the end of this exercise we will be able to suggest whether our product's functionality matches with your requirement. If not, we could indicate to you the extent to which our products could help in your management of your procedures, process and documentations. We would also be able to suggest to you whether your requirements could be met by customized software development.
